Being situated in a privileged area for cultivating high-quality coffee, we prioritize environmental stewardship through the implementation of a reforestation plan. Additionally, we are dedicated to adhering to good agricultural practices, including meticulous seed selection, ensuring optimal soil nutrition, and effectively managing pests and diseases. Likewise, we exercise great care during the harvest and post-harvest phases, selectively picking only ripe cherries and employing sun drying on African beds. We closely monitor the temperature and humidity of the coffee throughout the process until it is stored for stabilization.
